But the male guide was openly annoyed with the group and made multiple strange comments like: “in austria we speak DEUTSCH!” When half of the group was not german speaking. The girl was amazing even when someone of the group dislocated his shoulder in a jump. The trip felt well organized and the company felt good overall. We were not amazed by the canyon but it was a nice experience. Only the last slide was really shit on everyones body. The gear was in good shape. 3/5 for our group because of the professionalism of the male guide”

“Ik heb vaker geraft, o.a. in Bali, Oostenrijk en Slovenië. De gidsen daar waren super, hadden humor en je merkte dat ze het leuk vonden om ons te begeleiden. Dat maakt de tour. Het minst leuke aan deze tour was de houding van de persoon die de tour begeleidde. Hij nam zichzelf erg serieus en ik vond hem nogal onvriendelijk. Ik had ook niet het idee dat hij er zelf plezier in had. Bij zijn zeer uitgebreide uitleg over veiligheid terwijl het heel warm was (mensen hadden daar zichtbaar last van), zei ik dat het handig is om eerst aan de mensen te vragen of ze al eerder geraft hadden…”
