“Lilly and our driver were wonderful. Time was very well managed. Lilly is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about Austria. Lilly also gave us some cute little souvenirs which I found very thoughtful. What I found as a minor inconvenience was that the toilets and the charging ports in the bus weren’t working but it’s something that hopefully could be resolved. Overall the tour gave me a wonderful experience!”
