“There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our guide Alex was today. We have taken many tours across Europe and this was by far the best one we have ever experienced. His tour bought the palace to life, it made it a totally unforgettable experience. Alex has so much knowledge about the Palace the family that built it and how the pieces fit in all over Europe, this encompassed some of the places we had been too. If you take this tour and are lucky enough to get Alex as your guide you are in for an absolute treat!”

“The palace is lovely and the after hours tour was nice. I'm assuming we skipped a long line. However the meeting place was not described well. Inside the gate to the left of a huge court yard a palace was a terrible way to describe the meeting point. We had to ask a few people where to go. Just a few more sentences about going through the gate, all the way through the courtyard, go inside the tour office which is on the left of the main building entrance.. etc. Also, we were told the tour started at 5. It started at 5:30, so we all just sat there waiting…”

“We enjoyed our tour of the palace, and the history behind it. The rooms we viewed were far above our expectations. Even our grandson, who did not seem too enthused about the tour, was surprised and impressed by the grandeur. The gardens were impressive even in winter. I would love to see them in the spring! Our guide, Gabby was very informative, having grown up in the immediate vicinity.”

“I attended with my mother . We had a wonderful evening. The orchestra was excellent and interactive with the audience. The lighting enhanced the evening. We enjoyed the meal before hand and as it was traditional Austrian not something we would have chosen it was even more special. I would recommend this to others as it was my favourite night out in Vienna Emma”
