Our driver was lovely, kept up a great attitude and did his best with the tough weather - he got us all safely to Salzburg which is the most important thing! But - obviously we were disappointed that the day did not go as planned and we spent much longer traveling in the car than we had hoped. We received great customer service and they really tried to pivot to salvage the day. So- I'd recommend this only during milder weather…”
